- In this talk, we explore the intersection of machine learning and inverse problems. We discuss key concepts and methodologies, including Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINNs), operator learning, and data-driven regularization techniques. These approaches integrate domain knowledge and ML algorithms to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and robustness of the solutions.
