TITLE
Anomaly Detection in Smart Factory system through Transductive-based Random Cut Forest
ABSTRACT
The Industrial Mathematics Innovation Center at the National Institute for Mathematical Sciences is dedicated to solving diverse industrial problems through the application of industrial mathematics and AI research. Our work encompasses a range of explainable AI techniques, mathematical data analysis, and mathematical modeling to address complex problems. In this talk, I will introduce a project conducted in collaboration with a developer of intelligent factory solutions. I will present the theory behind the transductive-based anomaly detection model, Random Cut Forest (RCF), and discuss methods to improve its limitations. This presentation aims to share insights on one-class classification anomaly detection techniques. Additionally, I will explore potential collaborative research topics with the ICIM.
