TITLE
Amplitudes Meet Cosmology: From Inflation to the Large-Scale Structure
ABSTRACT
The physics of the early universe is encoded in cosmological correlators. Recent years have seen substantial progress in their study, fueled by a new approach called the cosmological bootstrap. In this approach, cosmological correlators are directly determined from basic physical principles such as locality, unitarity, and symmetry, bypassing the intricacies of the Lagrangian formalism and Feynman diagrams. Key to this advancement is the integration with insights from high energy physics, especially the modern study of scattering amplitudes. In this talk, I will provide an overview of this cosmological bootstrap program and highlight some of the latest developments, spanning from inflation to the large-scale structure.
